    Sorry you lost him. Unfortunately, with UC you need to treat very aggressively and possibly have a vet evaluate the situation.

    Having a proper calcium: phosphorus ratio is key to preventing UC. There are also additives you can add to their diet.

    So sorry you lost him. :-( Hopefully this doesn't turn you away from goats. Now you're aware and this shouldn't be an issue moving forward.
