#1 and #2 look like they have Simmental in them, maybe along with Charolais (adds the dilution factor, more than Simmental usually does) plus Angus and maybe a touch of Hereford.
#3 could have a little Jersey with something else. He's definitely got a bit of dairy influence in him, that's for sure.
