Hi,
I have three young Nubian cross goats. Their mom is Nubian not sure of sire breed. I'm new to all terminology of owning herd animals and breeding. My experience is from books and the past couple of months owning my girls.
We bought two 4 month old females and I accidentally let them out of their pen in the first 24 hours of owning them. I chased them into a neighboring pasture and couldn't anymore so I left them. We got two more a few weeks later and now we have three because our neighbor actually found both of the "lost" goats and brought one back to us. We're ready for goat raising adventures!
