We have one doe due in October and three that (pending settling) will be due the first two weeks of January. Eek! We were trying for two in Oct/Nov, but they weren't in heat that early- except the one we aren't breeding until spring since she kidded three months ago.

Hopefully we won't have all boys again like this year.

I have for (pending settling) due mid Jan. 2 of which are new to me, but apparently are known for triplets or quads. Will be interesting to say the least. Good luck with yours.

One grade Lamancha Prissy in October and babies will be American Lamanchas. We got her in trade for one of our bucklings from this year. First freshener. I really like her.

In January: Our Nigerian Orchid will be a second freshener. OFA, Lord Drinian has been busy! Then Ruby (we got her in milk in Feb.) will be a second freshener. And Nim Our grade Lamancha/Saanen will be a first freshener.

We are milking our Lamancha Trixie through until March. (She kidded in mid April)

We're drying off Ruby now since shes been in milk since January, and we've only been milking her once a day since the end of June. Orchid is still producing really well so we are going to milk her until November as long as she stays in good condition.

I'm going to need to get stuff lined up to make soap, I think. Or fine more cheese customers.
