Hi all! I have been active on easygarden for a while now, but just got a pair of Nigerian Dwarf kids about 6 weeks ago. I'm a complete newbie to goats, but we have about a dozen layers and have raised meaties. Any advice you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated!!

Welcome fellow Indiana goat lover! Nigerians are a friendly sort, the more time you spend with them the friendlier they are! I often have chickens in their pen and they share housing, no problems. And of course the chickens are great in cleaning and picking through the discarded hay, lost food, etc! My Nigerians love treats, animal crackers and ginger snaps. I raised a garden for them this year, lots of cucumbers and squash. They love the fresh veggies and the plants themselves.

Welcome from Kansas! My ND's love graham crackers. That's about all I can tell you right now as we're fairly new ourselves. But you should get elevan's Goat Notes. Great information there!
