Wow. I read this and my heart just sank. I am so happy and thankful for your friend. Bless her heart. I bet she about had a heart attack. So glad he is not only home, but healthy and in tact!!!

Why people stoop to the level of stealing, i dont think i will ever understand. Life is hard for everyone at one point or another. You just have to stay strong and endure!

I would never have guessed that you would get your little guy back but CONGRATULATIONS!!!

We added driveway alarms and a camera to our security system for a little piece of mind but you never know.

The best peace of mind is NOT seeing them stolen on your camera... the BEST is having several NO NONSENSE LGD's in your field. ;)

When we had that truck & trailer in front of our field at 3am it was those 5 Great Pyrenees that they would have had to go through to get to the goats. I honestly cannot imagine having goats or sheep without dogs in the field.

There is an LGD or two in our future as soon as we are living there permanently rather than this 4 days a month like we are doing. :) Our house is still a bit of a construction zone and those cameras are to hopefully let us have an idea of WHO took something if it comes down to it. It won't stop anyone but it can't hurt.

There is a boer goat farm that had 4 boer goats stolen down the road from us last month they cut the fence in took 4 boer kids they came in ask us if we seen the truck that took them but sadly we couldn't help we didn't see them I would hate if someone took my babies I put my babies up at night in put a padlock on the door in have cameras up after that my dad bought alarms for their doors so nobody tries to take mine but it's still scary
