Whether there raising swine for meat or pets. People like to know what stuff they need to have when starting out. And if they look at some one that raises swine and they have cabinets full of stuff and equipment just every were.
And that might look like theres alot of things they need to buy.but a bulk of the stuff you buy when needed and if your like me theres a lot of stuff in those cabinets that I should clean out. But here is some things I think are important to buy before the pigs arrive.
1.a good metal feeder
2.somthing to treat scours
3.a wormer
4.wound spray (pigs don't play nice)
5.pig snare
6.pig board
7.a walker
And other pig raisers feel free to chime in

BBQ sauce :p

Seriously, though, what is a pig board? And a walker? (I'm guessing it's not the same as the walker my grandma used...)

A pig board is a square made out of wood, plastic, metal with 2 or more holes cut in the top for hand holds
And you use it to move pigs around

A walker is like a square cage with no top or bottom and handles on ether side and to use it tales two people on ether side lift it up over pig
Then you can make it go were you want it or lkie I do it keeps in a smaller area for giving shots
