Very competitive ADGA show last weekend. Three ring.
We only took four goats since it was $$ entry fees and only 30 minutes away.
Old South Farm took Grand in EVERY Nigerian ring- Jrs and Srs. So, yeah not a chance for us. We only took Orchid for Nigerians.
Secret, our first Full House Farm doe 7 week old RG (75% Lamancha)took second in her class of 8 in 2 rings and first in one ring. Not bad!
Ruby did fair, but with several huge "big name" herds there that was good IMO.
Last, Danielle got second in showmanship. The judge spent 15 minutes going between her at the first place winner at the end. After not finding one question that one knew and the other didn't- he won because his goats hooves were cleaner. We had gotten vet checked 3 min before showmanship because there was a 45 minute line- so she didn't have time to do anything. Lol.
