Hello y'all! I am Samantha, the working hands behind Milo & Me's Hoppy Tail Acres in northern Minnesota. We currently raise French lop rabbits for show and pet occasionally and will be adding goats, chickens, ducks and a couple geese this spring yet. We will be beginning our adventure into this life with hopes of a more natural and self sustainable life on our nearly 6 acres of property with goats milk, products made from goats milk and fresh eggs and entertainment from the chickens, ducks and geese. We use the rabbit manure on our garden and this year will be the first year that We may start raising some meat rabbits as well. Still not sure about that one.
I do drawn portraits, enjoy photography but have a lot to learn on it yet and am passionate about humane treatment of animals. Our family includes myself, my husband, an indoor cat named Dugan who will be ten years old come April 10th, a blue Merle collie named Stella who just turned a year this March, our saint Pyrenees boy who is 6 months this March and the rabbits of Milo & Me. Fun fact, Milo & Me was created around the children's book "Milo & Me " I wrote about my first pair of frenchies.
