Hello there. My husband raised pigs 18 years ago, and just yesterday we decided to venture back into pigs. We got 3 American Guinea Hogs, a 5 month old Boar, an 18 month old pregnant sow, and a 2.5 year old sow that is supposedly close to farrowing. Today we noticed the 2.5 year old is presenting herself to the little boar. My husband says he has never seen a pregnant sow present herself to a boar, so now we are wondering if she actually isn't pregnant and is now in heat? Any advice?
