I would run a fecal first Sweetened. Sounds like cocci more than parasites. Kids that young generally don't get that high of a parasite load to cause scours but cocci is a real suspect here.

Different opinions on the giving anything for the scours.
Elevan has a good page on it and so does RollsFarms.

Do you have a lot of fresh green grass as that could be the cause also.

Fecal first. You have a scope I think, right?

Ivermec won't do anything for cocci but we dose according to our different vets protocol... which means depending on vet
the range we end up with is 1cc for every 30-50 lbs. We use fenbendazole though as it works well for us, a different class dewormer - must have accurate weight and be used for 3 days in a row- extremely high load 5 days in a row. 9cc per 100lbs is what our vets say around here, they don't advise the dosage on the bottle... yet we have used that dosage and been fine. Except for tapes we go with the higher dosage.

@Pearce Pastures has great resources on Cocci.... and in general. Hopefully she will chime in.

I dont think its cocci because weve tried treating for it without success, and with thebdoes dropping weight suddenly i moved next to parasites. They are not on grass yet, still hay.

They are on half water half milk, free choice hay.

We treated with oregano oil and probiotics which has always worked in the past.

Sorry no, i dont have a scope.

x2 on cocci. You need a sulfa based med if you can. I don't think the oil is going to cut it. They are the right age for it and the symptoms match. This can be lethal quickly.

How old are they now?

I still suspect cocci. Rarely do parasites, unless extremely high load, cause scours.

Personally I like the Toltrazuril but dimethox works well just a longer course of treatment and goats hate the taste of it.

for a natural product try -

We started using nothing but Toltrazuril last year
I don't think there is anything better
One dose and no cocci
It's not USDA approved but in Canada the Bayer brand is Baycox
We order ours from a website in Panama but it's shipped USPS flat rate from FL:idunno
