So sorry for your loss SW :hugs :hugs :hugs

What are you feeding Galadriel? How often? How much? What is her weight?

I agree FEM on the enema, but I have never done it or had to, so not much help there :idunno

Thanks ya'll...

It wouldn't hurt to repeat the enemas until you start seeing normal poo... I had a newborn this year that almost refused to ever pass all his meconium...took about 3 or 4 days until he started taking care of business himself... sheesh!

Oh my gosh, That is very sad news! I am so sorry for your loss. It's always hard to lose a pet but even worse when they are very special. ("best ever") Extra virtual hugs for you!

As for Galadriel, Use a warm wash cloth on her bottom after you feed her to stimulate her reflex to poop. She sounds a bit of a premie. She may need the "licking" thing to get her to poop regularly.

Also add a little yogurt or probiotics to her bottle. The antibiotics could have killed some of her gut flora and she may need it to be replenished.

Thanks, Queen Mum. Galadriel has been doing awesome now that I got the enemas done. She has normal poop and is with the herd in the daytime. She even "challenged" her bigger half-sister, Nutmeg with a play rear and butt. So, she's doing really well.

We suspected that she's a premie and she's been coming along. The yogurt I gave her helped too. :thumbsup
