Has she kidded before? Was the owner milking her before she left? I do see some udder development, so that may be a sign that she is bred. How far along is she?
Unless you know the seller will do right and refund some of the money if she isn't pregnant, I would pull some blood and send it out for a pregnancy check.
Some breeders will sell a doe as exposed, so if the doe is bred that's great if not oh well.
I don't ever go by the pooch test, so I'm no help there.
