I have been buying up does left and right all spring. We have a beautiful Nigerian Dwarf buck, and he needed a few girls. lol.
Well, now DS-10 says he wants to join FFA in the fall and start showing goats. After a bit of research the goats need to be registered purebred. (Still looking into the matter.) Two of the does as well as our buck are pure Nigerian dwarf, but not registered. One of the does came with two kids. The doe comes from unregistered lines, but the buck she was bred to was registered. Her kids (1male, 1female) are gorgeous and have great potential. They are not disbudded yet, which wasn't an issue for me since I like to leave them as they were born to be. However, they need to be disbudded for any FFA shows. (Not looking forward to that, at all.)

Is there a process to get them registered? If so, how to I go about doing just that?

The only way to register Nigerian Dwarfs with ADGA, AGS or NDGA is if both the dam and sire were registered. So, the only way you will be able to do this is to get with the people you got the animals from and if the dam and sire was registered get the information on them for the paper work

There isn't a time limit on registering an animal. So, if these animals parent's are not registered, but were eligible to be registered because their parents were registered, it can be done if the people who own the animals will work with you.

I don't know of any registry will accept Nigerians as Native on Appearance.

Good Luck.
