I would daily feel her ligaments and watch for other labor signs...
You sure you didn't just feel her stomach moving? Or was it hard?

Her stomach is hard. I felt her just in front of her udder. I know it was a baby or babies because it kicked in one place and then again about 3" over. Today I saw her stretching out a few times. I'm not sure what her ligaments should feel like but I have seen photos. I'll keep checking her.

Welcome from Ohio! What are your plans for your goats?

Do you have possible due date(s) from the person you got them from?
It's actually my fault she is pregnant. We didn't separate her from the buck soon enough. As for a due date I was thinking Mid November but who knows now. I would like to milk her and possibly show her kids in 4-H. I have 4 children all in 4-H and we have been talking about showing for a while now.

That's exactly what I was going to post. Here too. I wonder if they're Nigie/Pygmy crosses can you register the kids even if the parents are? Pygmies aren't dairy goats... I don't know what association does Pygmies. Kind of out of the loop on non-dairy breeds!

We would have to show them as a meat breed( our weathers). No they do not need to be resistered here for that. I don't expect them to win. Just give the kids experience.

Oh cool. I don't show so all I know is what little I've read about showing dairy goats. That would be fun, exactly who cares if you win? It's a fantastic experience for kids!

Very exciting isn't it? Goats are so addictive. :thumbsup
