Greetings and welcome to BYH! Glad you decided to stop by and join up :clap There are quite a few Rabbiteers here of both the "meat" and "show" varieties. There's also a wealth of info in the various rabbit threads in the rabbit section. Please make yourself at home and browse around! If you find something you feel like jumping in on, by all means do! Also, we're a bunch of pic addicts. Thanks for sharing the pictures of your future holiday dinner :drool... I love me some tryptophan! Lots of folks here are also over on the sister site BYC (Backyardchickens.com). Please feel free to post more pictures you're willing to share!

Hey, welcome to BYH from West Virginia!!! Great to have you here! I've also got chickens, turkeys, and rabbits(among the droves of other animals i've collected but I'll save you the list). If you're having trouble breeding your rabbits check out this video. I've found all of his videos to be very helpful.
Thanks for joining!

Welcome to BYH from NY!!! Turkeys and rabbits. Sounds like fun! I've heard turkeys are mega work, but, from experience, rabbits are fairly easy. I breed show rabbits of the Dutch breed. To get your does bred, you may want to try a forced mating, but only as a last resort. Try putting your doe and buck in each other's cages all night before attempting to breed them, or try breeding before feeding time. Fat, lazy rabbits won't breed. Have fun!!
