We live on a small farm and raise animals for show, 4H and food. We currently have a Holstein steer, 2 boer or boer cross goats, 15ish chickens, a turkey, 12 flemish giants, 8 Champagne D'Argents, 3 dogs, 2 cats and some fish in a fish tank :).
I lover learning new things and try to keep our animal husbandry as simple and effective as possible, and fix what I can myself. I'm looking forward to reading and learning here.

Welcome from northern Minnesota! I had champs for a while and by far they were a favorite personality and temperament wise for me. If I ever did meat rabbits I'd certainly consider them as a top candidate. welcome welcome welcome!

Here's another big howdy and welcome from the Great Lone Star State, where the stars at night are big and bright! Glad you found us so now go grab yourself a beverage from yonder table and come sit a spell. Prop your feet up on that rail if you have a mind to. We all understand about 15ish chickens... those feathered critters move too fast for me to count, doncha know!

As @Latestarter said, we really enjoy seeing how other folks do, so all pictures are really enjoyed. You might even want to post some favorite pictures to the Picture of the Week thread. Not much cuter than seeing the youngsters showing their animals (hint hint).

Welcome from NY!!! There is a lot to learn here, even for the most experienced people, so have fun! I'm guessing your Flemish giants and Champagne D'Argents are for meat? D'Argents are really beautiful rabbits, and so are Flemish.
