I don't see a problem with it. Maybe just getting a weanling mini and it should clean up that hay just fine. As for breeds, I don't know mini's well but I imagine just about any would do.
I agree with you Sioux. So many just come out to get that tour and many act like they want to buy but then never call back or give some reason only to come and look a few months later at the new babies.
Unfortunately TBC giving a tour to sell your livestock is getting to be much more common...
Stumbled on your site and saw Thing2 and thought "gorgeous". Reminded of a slice of Wheat bread or a handful of rolled oats. The color is pretty cool.
Maybe not refilling it for a day and make them clean it up. I'm not saying to starve them but a day or two won't overly hurt them.
Pigs might work, they aren't too picky when it comes to dinner.
Yeah, I'd listen to THreeboys. Never had much luck moving Geese eggs. Geese can be pretty fierce protectors as I've been chased off before. Those beaks pinch something fierce.
That is very unprofessional behavior and should not be tolerated. Horses can handle a much tougher slap than any of us could but using his tool isn't the right way to go about it. Now the mare may associate that tool with pain and not want her hooves worked with at all.
In my area Farriers...
No, no they would do better on more acreage, send them over, lol. I actually like the looks of Blue but usually prefer Perch's.
At first when searching for Drafts to use, I was looking for Percherons. We have American Creams in my old neck of the woods but they are a little pricey.
Yeah...
