    Worms-Egg per gram amounts???

I agree on that working at 500 is, week but the norm. I think it's crazy myself. Like the others said, I'd watch at 1000 to 1200. One I see 1500 or so I'd probably worm the first. Also about the SafeGuard, it is a strange thing. It was so overused because it was so good that it was mostly...

    eye injury

Most eye issues take care of themselves but even when it looks like it's getting better keep an eye out. My goat that had the severe eye injury, I did just that. Didn't look at it for about three days and it was so bad by then. Sounds like she'll be fine buy just watch a little. @OFA, I agree...

    eye injury

IM shots are really easy. Just get an 18 gauge needle and a 3cc syringe and a quick stab in the thigh and you're done. IM shots are very easy. Be sure to put it in the eye too. And again, what exactly did you see in the eye? Why did or do you think she may loose it?

    eye injury

Best thing you can do for any eye injury is to use Penicillin. It doesn't burn the eye and is not acidic but most importantly is it works great with eye injuries. Right now if she is just keeping it closed and it's weeping it doesn't sound so bad right now. Did you look in the eye too? Can you...

Well luckily I was able to get him at a very fair price. I'm not going to say he was nothing though! Ha He still had a price tag but if I wanted to go get a goat with his lines, his genetics, his stats, etc right now it would cost me a grand or more.

Yeah Moses is PB but his sire is 100% NZ so Mo has alot of Goatex in his lines too. I'll get him next weekend. Can't wait to get him here and see how he does. I'm excited about this buck. I'll put his pedigree up here too.

Has anyone treated CL with formalin?

I really like OCR and the research done by her but this is not a good way. Lancing is best and even SWG lances. She doesn't use the formalin anymore. She is the only person I know that talked about it an did it and she no longer does it. I've talked to her and if you want sure proof, call or...

Well I've been looking for quite a while for a new buck, hoping for a 100% NZ, so I can run two lines as well as have the option to retain does and this way I have another buck to breed them to. I didn't want a buck from lines around here because that just doesn't work out well when everyone has...

    Pitbulls killed 200 goats

Do the research as I did last night. I could read you many descriptions. Could a dog be misidentified? Sure could, but nearly all of these are KNOWN to be Pit Bulls because they are family dogs, they are neighbor's dogs, friend's dogs, etc. You can throw your fake stats and be biased and...

    Pitbulls killed 200 goats

2011 Dog Fatality Stats I did a little bit of research on my own in the last couple minutes. Look, I'm not Pit Bull hater but I can't stand the people that are so blind to the fact that these dogs can be, and are in many cases, very dangerous dogs. No, not all and really not even most of them...
