Could a mama cat and litter of kittens live in a shed with two small goats? I know some of it would depend on personalities, but I'm more concerned about diseases they might catch from each other. Or any other problems I'm not anticipating.

Pregnant women are not supposed to change cat litter because they can get an infection caused toxoplasmosis that can cause miscarriage and birth defects.
Pregnant goats should not be around cat poop either.
Beyond that, I'm not aware of any other specific issues.

If you really want the cat in the barn you can have them tested for toxoplasmosis. But they get it from eating prey that are infected so it might be a lost cause if they are mousers.
