One of the does I thought might have been pregnant when we got her because her behavior changed and her belly seemed a lot bigger than the other doe but it’s been 29 days since I got her and she hasn’t pulled any fur. She built a little bit of a bed in her nest box and likes sleeping in it but I’m thinking maybe she’s not actually pregnant. What are your thoughts?

      Have you tried palpating her?
If she was 29 days (or more) along in pregnancy, then you should be able to feel the babies pretty easily. :)
Most of my does won't make nests or pull fur until the minute before they have their kits!

Hey, does anyone have a recommended age to put collars on goats. Also what age should I start walking or bracing the goat?

Hey! You might wanna post this in the forum under behavior. To me it looks like you posted it on your profile page.

Umm, I'm not sure how to say this nicely but: My wildlife thread is already at 4 pages long. So I was wondering if you should just join mine and delete yours because yours has not gotten any replies yet. :) (I'm trying to be nice.) Please tell me what you think...?
