This is one of the delicious cooks I advise you to try it ..

Cut the colored or regular potatoes with fresh vegetables. Green colored pepper (hot as desired)
With some other types of vegetables as desired.
They are all put together with a quarter of water and a few plain or ground spices.

It is closed with a steam cap with holes under it and vegetables in the bottom with water. Water does not reach the chicken.
Cover the chicken with the rest of the vegetables and lemon slices.:thumbsup
As you can see

Close the components and put any weight on it until we keep the steam pressure.

After 45 minutes or close to the hour of cooking we open our cookery ,
And he smelled of smell :drool

That does sound good. Are those purple potatoes? I have grown them before. I have ordered purple sweet potato slips to plant in the spring.

Do you use sumac as spice? An Armenian friend on sister site www. Theeasygarden.com told me about sumac. It grows like a weed here. I gathered the seed heads and sent to him. I made the sumac spice and used it to season meat. We liked the lemony taste, but I had an allergic reaction to it. So no sumac for me.

Do not use sumac along, some meals used for cooking. Use oregano, Breckland thyme, and other kinds of spices.
I like lemony taste in chicken also in souse I squeeze lemon juice in it.
