I think I have cooked about everything on the smoker (including pizza) but never thought about Tacos. That is something that looks so good that I'll have to try that.
Was on the fly, the idea anyway. We are starting to do a lot of cast iron cooking on the grille lately.
Maybe stuffed peppers in a cast iron Dutch Oven smoked during the weekend if the critters don't take to long to manage.
We have a pork belly curing as well. I think today is day 7. Sunday smoke day I suppose.
