Hello everyone. I had a litter of 7 rabbits. They would have been 6 weeks in three days. I checked on them last night and everyone was good but tonight.. only one is still alive but not doing well at all.

Could it be coccidia? If not what else could it be?

He is very lethargic and tired. Yesterday they all... I thought were all chunky but I guess were bloated. He is actually boney and he is grinding his teeth. I don't know about the stool. I have been holding him for about an hour and he hasn't pooped.

Oh also I have given him some kitten milk and a strawberry for energy. He perked up a little after that but seems tired again now.

I don't have any ideas. I have alot of rabbits and I'm worried if it is coccidia it might wipe out every one.

I can't tell you what it is but start immediately to use universal precautions on cleanliness, try not to cross contaminte any thing and wash yor hands. @AmberLops @Bunnylady. HELP PLEASE

Thank you. It's like every now and again he gets better and walks around and then gets tired again.

What about heat stroke/exhaustion?
It was hot but it's been hotter but it was humid as well. I don't know it was only 75..but how he was acting when we found them and when we first found them there was one still alive but very quickly died.
Before that one died it starting convulsing.
And this guy still alive had a runny nose.

I don't know just hope he lives...

I'm sorry this happened!
Have you checked gum color? Is it pale? pink?
Coccidia has a TERRIBLE smell...so you can tell pretty easily that way if the baby has a very strong odor.
Do you notice diarrhea? Coccidia always causes diarrhea.
Does the baby have an appetite? Is the baby hunched over?
My concerns would be...
Enterotoxemia which kills rabbits in 12-24 hours. They can be fine one day and dead the next.
It causes bad diarrhea but it doesn't sound like your babies had that, right?
Mucoid Enteritis is a possibility...as it's always accompanied by bowel blockage.
I would also be worried about Epizootic Rabbit Enteropathy...which is highly contagious and can wipe out an entire herd. It's symptoms mimic Mucoid Enteritis. They will have a distended abdomen/bloating. Do you hear rumbling sounds from the stomach? That's usually the first thing noticed in an affected rabbit.
I hope the baby recovers.

No I haven't noticed any rumbling and the gum color is fine. And yes he did have an apatite.

The baby seems fine now. He is eating and drinking and walking around.

Edit: oh and there wasn't any bad smell

Hmmm....i'm glad he's doing better. I'll try researching, incase there's something I forgot to mention.
Did any of the other babies have symptoms before they died? Any diarrhea? sneezing, coughing?

No... Not that I seen. I usually check them and take care if them at night. One night they were all fine and the next all but one died.
