my neighbor has a show that was impregnated by her brother what my question was is it safe if I get a female from the litter for breeding food and only food if so what may I need to watch for as far as problems

You can definitely get a female - it's unlikely that you will notice any problems with her and her littermates. Just use a boar from a different family to create your own piglets.
