Hey everyone... new goat owner in Venezuela. Originally from New Jersey. Have two goats... one will have babies end of December... getting ready to buy another with her offspring. We face many many MANY problems here in Venezuela but it is a beautiful country. My husband died a couple years ago and I am getting used to doing all this on my own. It has been really hard. I got the goats when covid hit trying to make sure I could provide for my family as our business in town has been shut down and with gasoline shortages we never know what is going to happen. But i really like having goats so am going forward with the goat plan. Hope you are well

Welcome to the forum from Texas. Don't have goats, we have sheep, so not much help on any goat advice. But I would love to hear more about your goat journey as you go along. Sorry that you are having such a hard time, do you raise a garden too?

Yeah we do whatever we can... right now I am focused on planting coffee but we plant a lot of different things. I am a much more successful flower gardener than vegetable but I am working on improving with that. Food prices here go up everyday so it is almost necessary, and we can plant year round which is nice.

what type of goats do you have? I have two Nubians and two Golden Guernseys. We are in Pennsylvania.
