Pustules around anus

Hello my lamb (female) has some pustules like little white pimples around her anus. No sign of scours and she is otherwise doing great. We do have some ticks but I check her multiple times and day and she doesn't often have any anywhere. No others have this. She is mainly on pasture. These have been there for over a week, got better, and back again. Tails not docked. Was going to spray with iodine solution but wanted to see if others have any ideas?

This happened to us, it was actually the very early signs of photosensitivity in one of our Cheviot lambs (or maybe she was just sensitive overall and it was unrelated). We pretty much ignored them and they eventually went away. Vets were unhelpful and said it might be staph or could be something else. Luckily it didn't seem to harm them, in and of itself.
