I just got my three nannies from an auction and wasn’t told anything except that they were females. I’m trying to find out breed, age, and if the white one is expecting? I am a new goat owner so this is all a first for me and my husband.

Huh... no idea as to breed... I would guess they are mixed breeds.

How tall are they?

Pretty girls. Are you hoping to milk them? Or just as pets?

As to pregnant, I could never tell, unless they got HUGE.

Since they are new to you...

I would suggest getting them all tested for CAE, Johnes, and CL. You can take the blood samples yourself and mail them off to a lab, no vet needed.

I would also ask around (goat people in your area, or your local extension office) to see what parasites are in your area and the best treatment choices and treat them all for parasites.

Also ask if your area is low in Copper and Selenium, so you know if you have to supplement those 2.

Based on looks they could be young Nigerian dwarfs, a type of kinder goat, or a fainting goat.....or a mix of goat breeds. Maybe part of someone's project to breed down a larger type of goat or make smaller kinders or something.

I would guess they are pretty young. The gold one looks the oldest based on horn length, then the cream with be second oldest then the grey one is the youngest. The grey one of probly this springs kid and less then 6 months old.

The cream one is either pregnant or already had a kid. I would guess already had a kid, but if you squeeze a teat and colostrum comes out she is expecting, if milk comes out she is just drying off.
