I have a 5 sheep who are on pasture and overall well. We only have about 4 acres so pasture rotation has been a bit difficult with the ways its currently setup. I dewormer them with prohibit, ivermectin, and valbazen as well as a round of sulfa (lamb was seen to have coccidia on fecal). I was still noticing worms in 1 of the lambs. Even saw a long thick segment in stool. I did another round of valbazen about 4 weeks later then noticed 1 lamb has scours for about 48 hours. Stool is loose not liquid. I have seen him nurse periodically on ewe. What should I do?
Was going to try apple cider vinger/garlic?
Or how often can I repeat dewormer? I am going to try and get fecal done tomorrow

The biggest thing is to know what to treat for but you said you are going to get a fecal so that will tell you more. Usually when you find segments of worms in their stool it is tapeworms. Most of the people we know don't worry about them but I'm concerned about any parasite if it affects our sheep. That being said, if the sheeps condition is good we don't don't do anything but we do repeated fecals. I don't like to assume a lot but with lambs I do assume they have coccidia if their stool isn't right.

can you use resorb (formulated for calves with scours)?
