This week I have found three different spots of blood on a piece of carpeted plywood. Each has been quarter size or bigger. I originally thought she had pulled a nail but they're all there. Checked her vent, all over her body I don't see anything. I sprayed some peroxide on the spots and they foamed up so I'm sure it's blood.
I'm not certain of her age I've had her 3 yrs. The girl that gave her too me was vague so I figure at least 5. She had 2 litters before I got her. I never bred her, her body condition to me was always poor. Skin too loose, feel every bone down her spine, big belly. Had her checked for worms. She's fat just never had any muscle.
I'm assuming it's a cancer. If it wasn't for the blood I'd swear she was ok. Just old.
Any thoughts? I'm at a loss.

See the dark spot on the carpet by her right ear. That's the biggest and looks to be from peeing in that spot.

Did some reading could be a lot of things stones, uti , etc. DS told me I've had her 4 yrs. Time flies. So she's probably 6.
I added acv to her water. Do that for a week. Keep watch. Looked all over yesterday didn't find any new spots so hopefully it's nothing. :fl

If it’s internal, you can’t find it. Hopefully it’s stones or uti and the ACV will clear it up. She sure is a pretty girl. You might want to keep the ACV in her water.

I can't bring myself to do it right now. I found more today. Alot. Hadn't seen any for a week.
Old girl was eating some barley fodder, came to me like always when I opened the door. I rubbed her head for awhile.
Maybe she'll do me a favor tonight.

My heart is with you. Even when you know it’s the right thing to do, you still cling to hope. I’m so sorry for your beautiful girl. You have given her a kind, loving and pampered life. What rabbit could ask for more?

So sad.

Thanks for the update.

Will you do a necropsy to see what was going wrong?

I have trouble getting myself to do necropsies if the animal was too much of a pet.

I wouldn't know what I was looking at. My knowledge of anatomy only covers what is / isn't edible. I'm pretty sure it's a tumor and it' spread.
Bless her heart she met me this morning when I checked their water. Gonna be along day.

Food, water, hay, shelter from weather, scratches in her favorite spots and favorite treats. Spoiled with love and affection, she has had a good life. My heart breaks for her and you.
