The Buford and Ozel dating game is still playing. They showed interest in each other at the beginning of their 30 minute date and again at the end of it. Buford acts like he’s not that interested, but he stations himself at the gate, waiting on me to come get him for his date with Ozel. I open the gate, he sits, I snap the lead on his collar and I take him to Ozel.
What a handsome pair!

I think the romance is blooming. 
I've let Carson be in the large yard and put Buford and Ozel in the small front yard, that is normally Carson's yard. Carson has stood at the gate, whining, bouncing around, trying to catch the attention of Ozel. She has flirted with Carson and this has sparked some jealously from Buford. Saturday Buford was on the porch, Ozel was getting lots of petting from me, Carson was whining outside the gate and Buford did a deep growl. BINGO! Buford didn't like Carson flirting with Ozel. Not fair to Carson, but too bad. 
Yesterday, their morning date was late, I went over to a neighbor's that was skinning a deer and he mentioned it was Sunday. No way! I didn't even know what day it was! I left and barely made it to church in time. Then the dogs had their date. Buford got fairly excited, nibbled on her back and threw a leg over her, but didn't mount her. on their evening date, he got a little more excited, dry humping the air. LOL When he put a leg on her, she snarled up on him. I think it's happening! I called @Ridgetop and gave her the hopeful good news. Possibly today, tomorrow or maybe Wednesday?

Poor Carson. He's been SO attentive.
