We passed miles and miles of turbines in Southern Eastern CA. Now we're in Desert Center, CA (one hour east of Indio) and there are massive acres of solar. Also we had a 4.9 earthquake at dinner time!!

My sister and 2 brothers live in the Seattle area. Used to be lovely but soooo liberal that it is frightening. And the people in western WA are in denial. People in northeast WA are plotting to become part of Idaho.

People in Vancouver area are Purple. A mix of both.
I'm in Eastern WA, we want to split, east & west. 2 separate states. Saw a bunch of nutcases protesting in the Tri-Cities today. Wanted to tell them all to move over to the wet side or better yet, to a different country.

One brother is a businessman and sensible but his daughter converted them in college to liberalism. The other brother is normal.
