    Mucus plug maybe? At least in humans, women can lose their mucus plug multiple times during pregnancy (mucus plugs can grow back.). It’s very normal in humans, but I’ve never seen it in any of my goats. As long as there’s no blood, I’d say she and the babies are perfectly fine!
