My boss cow is also the most people friendly cow I have. She was a bottle baby and just loves human attention. There will always be a pecking order.
I expect mine to lead the others where I lead here. Changing pastures for me means a bucket with sweet feed in it. She absolutely loves...
Flanny wasn't due until next Saturday but she surprised me tonight. Heard a bunch of bellerin' in the pasture a few minutes ago and went running out there. Found Flanny cleaning up a brand new baby. She was mad at the other cows sticking their noses in where they didnt' belong. Got a quick...
I'm not a cattle breeder but I do breed dogs and I think you will be fine with him as a bull. Again I'm not sure if cows and dogs equate when it comes to line breeing or not.

Anyway went back out at 11 before I went to bed and that little rascal...
That's a good one! Mid-Michigan is what we call the central part of the Lower Peninsula. Sounds like you may have been in the Traverse City area where they grow the sweet cherries. They are delicious but you shouldn't over indulge!
I dont' know nothing about anything...but I own a few Dexter cows and am a new member here. Just saying HI! This site has taught me quite a bit in a short time.
