I found my ram and one of my ewes backing up a little and butting heads, I have also seen her do this to the others when she gets excitable. Is it aggressive at all?

I got a herd of sheep recently and they are on long lush grass all the time. I feed them loose minerals as well. I'm still not sure of all that I'm supposed to feed them/supplement on a daily basis. I don't want them to be lacking in any area.

My sheep like to come up to the fence and lick my hands but they seem to get a little carried away and try to get my hand in their mouth. Since they don't have top teeth, can they bite me? And if I keep my hand flat can they still get my skin?
