I've dealt with it twice, the first time was a four week old kid, she got over it on her own over time, and no one else got it. The second time was I think the year before last, all my goats got it, they looked pretty 'ugly', but otherwise it didnt cause us any issues. I did not get it either...
Where is the baby now? If she has not eaten at all, chances are she will not survive until tomorrow morning, and if she does it's going to be a fight to save her. If you have whole milk in your fridge (or can go to a store and get some), you need to make sure the baby is warm, then warm up some...
Sorry, I've not been here for awhile and was just going through old posts, so sorry to hear about your lose, I had a feeling that would be it as soon as you mentioned her eyes. I've had two go through it, was lucky to save both mine, althought the most recent has cost me waaay more then she's...
Sorry majorly late (has this little one been born yet?), but there is no chance of tobiano (or tovero), if neither parent is tobaino, it can't be passed to a foal.
That said, the foal will definately be red based, 50% chance of getting dun, 50% chance of getting cream, so either palomino...
I'm sorry, I just really like taking pics, and it seems like a waste if I can't share them.
Most of the last pics were of the other kid, I thought this one deserved some face time to,
April looking at the boys, pretty sure she knows they're hers (they're on bottles),
Flower's being a...

I took more pics this morning of almost everyone, that I"m going...
Most likely no. I've had a few late bloomers, just had one done at 5 weeks, her two sisters were done at 4 weeks, but that is very rare! Until this year I've never had one that I could wait longer then 3 weeks, but these were all does, bucks tend to need it done sooner.
Foxywench that's my Zoe bug behind Sally, I need to get some new pics, this is an older pic, I let the hair on her ears grow out, and she has burgandy streaks in her hair right now.
I'd love to see pics of your babies!
Ohiogoatgirl they're nigerian dwarfs!
Thank you, I'm pretty fond of Henryetta too! And I do love her socks! Hopefully she'll give that pretty flash to all her kids, she did pretty well with Sally (her oops baby), no socks though, just an anklet.
I'm hoping the weather will be nice tomarrow, not sure I can take another day stuck in...
