i have a herd of dorper cross, most are 3/4 dorper. show breeding behavior at a very early age. what age should i wean intact ram lambs ?

how do people control foxtails around barns? i have been mowing but there are more each year. i have a small flock of 13 ewes 1/2 and 3/4 white dorper and raise 20 or so market lambs each year. i don't want to spray where the baby lambs can get it. any ideas???
