Hello, any idea what lumps on my 4 yr. Old ewe might be? Just sheared her a couple days ago. Discovered several lumps in various locations. Some very tiny but one as big as a nickel and half an inch high. All had nasty black greasy gunk in them. I squeezed out all I could and irrigated with peroxide, then sprayed blukote. Someone suggested I ask you.

I've not seen anything like this. They may just be big blocked sebaceous glands (the ones which produce lanolin in sheep)...so equivalent to human 'blackheads'. If you could post a pic. that would be very helpful. Good Luck with your sheep!
