Yes, I mean I know she's not in active labor. But she's showing all the signs of impending labor and from everything I've read they go into labor shortly after. We're on the day 17 and she's still showing theses signs, but still no babies. I thought she'd go into labor in a couple days. But I...

She died.:hit
The vet called back and said to give her aspirin twice a day, and if that didn't help he could come back out.
She started screaming again in the afternoon. Didn't have any aspirin in the house. By the time I had gotten some and went out to give it to her, she was dead. The aspirin...
I called the vet earlier, and left a voicemail. It's a Saturday, though, so I don't know when there office will call me back. :\
I gave her cinnamon and nutmeg because those spices are supposed to help relive pain. She stopped screaming and is laying down now. She started to eat a little brush...
What should I do? Should I give her more banimine? Is there any other pain killer I can give her? She seems very upset still. She did lay down and sleep for a little bit, but she just got up and started screaming now.

August 21 was when the ligaments softened, but they are defiantly gone now. I can feel her bone. I've been feeling the bone for a few days now. Both are pawing and lieing down and standing back up often. Both goats are vocal. Which is unusual as Dixie is typically...
7 weeks, 7 WEEKS :barnie. 7 Weeks ago they lost their ligaments. That's 49 days! Almost a third of the entire pregnancy! So basically for 49 days my goats have been showing symptoms of going into labor within a few days including:
*lost ligaments
*personality changes
*biting at sides
*leaking...
The kids should have been here around the 4th or 5th. I'm really doubting if my goats are actually pregnant. :somad If I knew they definitely weren't, then I would find a buck for them to 'visit with'. But I just don't know anymore. Why aren't there any kids yet? :barnie
