What do y'all do to fill the low spots under yalls fences? I have some that I've placed wire over. I'm sure that will work but I was trying to see what other methods there were. I've seen people stack cinder blocks but that will get expensive quick.

We put big logs in the holes. Or lg rocks. Usually what we can find goes in the holes!

If I have a low spot a newborn calf could get under, I just string another wire between the two nearest posts. Put the wire at ground level on each of those posts, and drive a tee post in center of low spot, pulling the additional wire down about 8" from ground at the center of valley and tie it off. Works for calves anyway, & it's cheap and permanent.

We also fill them with whatever we can find around our property. I have a doe that is great at wiggling under fences. She has also taught her doeling this, which is much easier for her because of her size. Although Buttercup can squeeze through some seriously tiny spaces. One day I am going to capture this on camera because I would have never thought something so round could fit through such a tiny gap.

We fill them by driving cheap $3, 3ft green metal fence posts that Lowe's/ Home Depot sells or old rusty t-posts side by side.
