Here are two of my latest projects. A smoker/grill and a 3 ton grain bin.

Testing the smoker, inside rack is 4' by 6' with a side burner so you can cold smoke. It held 100 deg. for 4 hrs. on 4 little chunks of maple.

:thumbsup:thumbsup
LOVE the smoker!

You could smoke several briskets and several Boston Butts or, my favorite, a whole goat. Melts in your mouth like butter!

I will have 9 pigs and 10 turkeys to smoke. Hams, bacon, and sausage.

@goatboy1973 one of the feed stores here has a ball cap that i want. it is camo and has 'hardcore carnivore' embroidered across the front. my friend coy has several 20# baby pigs at his house right now that they caught in a trap. we are gonna have one for thanksgiving. i know there are folks who think it isn't ok to eat baby pigs or the wethers but that is why i have them. one of the guys from church and coy are the only ones i let hunt on my place. church guy has already brought me a deer, a rabbit and two squirrels this month. beats the heck out of walmart

Deer, wild hog, and even wild turkey breast all are terrific when cooked on a smoker. I use apple wood in my smoker for pork. I would love to put a little 20 lb. piglet X 2 on the smoker. I bet it is soooooooooo tender and juicy. I am going to try making goat, deer, and beef jerky in my smoker this fall. :thumbsup
