Bop them on the nose or a little flick their nose when they try to suck on your fingers. Don't let them suck on fingers and they wont bite them. I have had plenty who ended up biting while trying to suck fingers or lick legs or arms but if they were licking or sucking they never bit.

Yep, a gentle bop will help discourage that behavior. It is normal for bottle babies to do this though. Tell your daughter to keep her fingers away from the goats mouth.

They will outgrow it in time. You need to remember that you bought a bottle baby, bittle babies WILL do this. You need to work with it.
