Ya definitely have to tend to yourself, and the important things that really matter. Life doesn't always agree with one's wants and desires, but makes demands of our attention some times. Hope you are better soon. I have chemical sensitivities, but at least I can take medications when needed. Have you ever tried herbal or holistic medicine?
