Looks like the others have given good info.
Tetanus anti toxin, Penn G, and keep an eye on it. Monitoring his temperature would be good as well. If he starts to spike a fever you want to treat immediately, and not wait until he acts sick.

You of course should ask your vet for dosage info, etc. :)

I am not a big fan of hydrogen peroxide for wounds.Chlorhexidine is #1 on my list, iodine is #2.

Ok, concern #2. I noticed a knot on the same side as the injured leg that (to me) feels like a broken/bruised rib. He doesn't complain when I touch him or feel around the area. To my knowledge, there's not a lot you can do for a broken rib but monitor it. Am I wrong? He's still quiet, but he's been eating, drinking and moving around a little.

IMHO, if you aren't taking him to a vet, then I'd just monitor him and any/all injuries closely to make sure nothing takes a turn for the worse.

Some people give the CDT vaccine over the ribs and it can cause a knot. Is it possible that that is what you are feeling? Can you ask the seller about the vaccine?

Mow is bouncing back! We put him back in the pen on Monday, and he seems to be thriving. Leg is still very swollen, but the bite is healing. Day #4 of penicillin and Blue Kote, and the "bump" on his rib seems to have disappeared. Thanks for all the advice!

Great news! Thanks for sharing the pics as well. Cute little fella too!

Just a caution from my perspective... I'd be a little nervous about all that chicken wire around little goats with horns... If one got tangled, it might freak out and could break its own neck. It's happened...
