Welcome to BYH from CA. I raise both goats and bees and while I have about 9 years of experience with bees I am by far from an expert. This is the first year I have been able to keep a hive alive so I obviously have a lot to learn.

Greetings and welcome from East TX! I moved here a year+ ago from the front range in CO. Beautiful scenery and country but out of my price range. Glad to have you with us. Browse around as there's quite a bit of shared knowledge and experience. Make yourself at home!

Thanks for the welcome! We have some spectacular views here in the high country, don't think I could live anywhere else. I grew up on the front range, and now live at 8900'. It is a challenge in winter at this altitude, but so far this year its been an easy open winter, temps around 45-50 for January, is unheard of!!
