Lionhead color names

So over the weekend I went and picked up 2 does and a buck. All 8 weeks old. This is my first time owning lionheads. The one breeder told me the buck is a Siamese. Both does are black and white. I’m not sure what the actual color is called for the girls.

This is them on the ride home.

Your buck is a Siamese Sable. Your does are Brokens, but "Broken what" is hard to see. The one looks like she might be a Broken Black Otter, but I can't say for sure from the picture.

So today I noticed Hop Scotch does not have brown eyes like the does. His eyes have red but not like a white rabbit. I thought when I brought him home that they were dark. Thoughts?

That's what is referred to as a "ruby glow." You generally see that in rabbits that have either shaded or chocolate genes, though as the breed standards say, it's not a requirement in those colors.
