His sister has been really good to us. I totally agree with you about improving on a rental place. I wish there was a way to make our housing landlord pay a little out of their pocket when we move out. Unfortunately it would end up costing us for their repair work at 3 times the value. They will be jacking our rent up $500 if we renew our lease.
