Have a nanny with 3 babies. I found 2 lumps under her throat about 3 inches from one another. They are both about the size and shape of an almond out of the hull. This is not a shot knot (so to speak) both are hard and do not move. She eats well and is now weaning her babies. Also I hope the famacha pic comes thru will pics of knots. You can’t tell much about knots but they are about 5 inches down on bottom of neck from where I give shots. Any ideas appreciated. Pics don’t show much I know.

I just completed a fecal with Cocci and BP worms. About 4 weeks ago with fecal. Started and finished the 5 day Cocci treatment and the BP treatment for worms with ivermectin given orally first time then gave a shot in 10 days then finished up in ten days with the last oral dose. She weighs about 80 lbs. so I gave orally about 5 ml., shot I gave 4 ml.

I was going to ask you to take pics standing back and then try to circle where they are. This gives a better idea of the location.

As far as FAMACHA- https://www.backyardherds.com/resources/understanding-famacha-fecal-analysis.56/
She looks like a D-4 to me. Good that you are deworming and following through.
What type ivermectin did you use? If it was the injectable Ivermec 1% for cattle that is an extremely high dose for an 80# goat.
With anemia giving probois, vitamins, and supportive iron is critical. We prefer red cell and that gives the iron and vitamins as well as all necessary minerals for support. The probios are just good for the rumin.

You can’t see the lumps just looking at her. Her hair covers them well.

Only by feeling do you know they are there.

Right, that is why I suggest taking a pic and circling on the pic where they are. This gives a better idea of the type lump.
