Clefairy × Magnemite
Huge single ewe, slight spot markings.
11.25#! Was able to get her out on her own. See, not a Ross problem! Idk wtf it is, but I hope they're not all big. Never want to have to take to the vet for a csection!

Several of the YouTube sheep farms I like to watch are having problems with huge lambs this spring too. They’re pretty much all saying it’s from having more/better grazing than usual. Basically, if it’s not the ram, it’s the feed. Too much or too rich during that last month of gestation. Fine - even beneficial - for multiples, but it can be dangerous for the ewes having singles.

Drought last year, no grass this year, just hay. So. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Clefairy wasn't done! Had a second, a ram, 8.04#!
Both are real hairy! Ewe has white on head and tip of tail, she can't hold her head up that well, so bottle fed. Probably from being stuck for awhile during birth. Ram looks to be solid black.

The other twins, ram is still holding his leg up, won't put any weight on it. Still can't feel a break anywhere and no real pain reaction. No swelling or heat, either. Wtf?

And the big ewe with broken ribs, she's in new places laying around when I go out there, can get up, not dehydrated, so is nursing, I just never see it. Found meloxicam tablets for pain to give her.

20 ewes have lambed, 13 left to go!
16 ewelings, 15 ramlings.
