Couple things going on there. Ears...lice. mites. Ringworm. Vit/min deficiency.? Looks like a hole on neck....if pus you squeezed out was thick, like a cheese, CL most prob. Otherwise a puncture, etc. Iodine the wound & ears. 😁 We wait for vet. Good job cleaning it! 👍

True that rabbits do not handle heat well! But fan, water mister attached, cold tiles to lay on, bottles of frozen water just laid in cage. These are things I've read that help them remain cooler and alive. 😁
